Nova SA specialises in seasonal winter comfort gear and home essentials. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are valid within the Republic of South Africa only. Nova SA reserves the right to alter pricing or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Online Purchases and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Payment is securely processed via PayFast. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment validation has been received.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nova SA, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the materials or products provided on this site.

5. Governing Law

This website is controlled, operated, and administered from within the Republic of South Africa. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Shipping Rates

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is collected by our courier partner, an automated email containing a unique tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.

Delivery Address

We deliver door-to-door only. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure a valid physical address and a reachable daytime contact number are provided when placing your order.

1. 7-Day Change of Mind / Cooling-Off Period

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return any item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund.

• Items must be entirely unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Apparel items must not have been worn or washed.
• The customer is responsible for arranging and paying return courier fees.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately by emailing info@novasastore.co.za with your order number and clear photographic or video evidence.

If an electronic item is found to be defective within 6 months of delivery, Nova SA will arrange courier collection at our own expense. Upon inspection, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund per your preference.

3. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via PayFast. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
